Now more than ever it’s important to travel mindfully, so this week an expert shares everything the average traveler should know about yoga and Reiki. Whether you love yoga or have never tried it, the techniques behind it can make any trip more enjoyable and relaxed. Reiki isn’t well understood, but like yoga the mindfulness techniques at its base are important for every traveler to learn.

Dana A. Smith is the founder and owner of Spiritual Essence Yoga and the creative visionary behind the international YES! Yoga Has Curves movement. She is a wife, mother, certified yoga instructor, author, yoga teacher trainer, master life coach and holistic health practitioner.   1. Thanks for this post. Being a traveller I also do Yoga on daily basis it’s make my trip enjoyable and relaxed. I really enjoyed listening to the audio and I am encouraged to do Yoga while travelling and find the inner peace. Thanks again for sharing such amazing post.
