As hard as it is for me to believe, another year has come and gone and along with it the obligatory reflections on what I’ve seen and what I’ve done. Over the years my travel photography has definitely improved. I’m asked about equipment and other tricks used, but really it’s improved for one reason – frequency. The more photos I take, the more I see what does and does not work and over time the shots have gotten better. So today I thought I’d share my favorite photos from the last year, images I’ve captured on some admittedly amazing journeys and shots that will forever be ingrained in my own memory as a lasting tribute to those transformative travel experiences.
