Photo Series Celebrating Sacred Places

While not a formally religious person I would say that I am spiritual and for some reason have always been fascinated by religion. I spend time learning about all religions and when I travel, I almost always seek out these sacred places. Maybe I’m searching for something, who knows, but in the process I find some uniquely beautiful spots that are made even more special by their unique significance. Of the many I’ve discovered, here are some of my favorite sacred places around the world.
