Pets Around The World: A Furry Photo Series

As an ardent animal lover a big part of the travel experience for me is the opportunity to interact with wildlife. That doesn’t only mean elephants and rhinos though, I also love playing with smaller animals, a variety of different types of pets I’ve found around the world. Maybe it’s because I miss my own dogs, but I can’t resist the chance to play with other people’s pets when I travel. This week the #FriFotos theme is just that, PETS, and I am happy to share some of the cutest ones that I have found around the world.

  1. I love the dog with the blue eyes and the hawk.
I think it is a Harris hawk but not sure.
    Thanks for the photos.

  2. So cute! I always take pictures of pets and animals while traveling too. And, we’ve made some fun animal friends along the way, with cats that have followed us all over Ephesus and Petra, and a dog that walked around El Calafate, Argentina with us one night, and stayed with us for a couple of hours until we got on the shuttle bus back to our hotel.
