It was my first time in Florence, the capital of the Italian Renaissance and I couldn’t wait. I couldn’t wait to see the art, architecture and style that has defined this Italian city for centuries. Since I only had a day I took a Walks of Italy tour of Florence in order to see the best the city has to offer with the expert help of a professional guide. Even though they paid for it, I’m always honest with my reviews and I can say in all earnestness that what transpired was a remarkable travel experience, as you can see through these photos.

I LOVE Florence. The food is good, the art is excellent, the history is surrounding you. It’s charming, beautiful and heartwarming at the same time. The Duomo is an absolute heart-stealer! The city many piazzas also perfect for people-watching. And your photos are great!!
Such a beautiful city. I went there on my first trip to Europe in high school, and I felt like I was walking around a movie set because the buildings just didn’t seem real.

Beautiful photos! I’m helping a friend plan a trip which includes Florence and these photos will really excite him. It’s one of the areas I’ve always wanted to explore in depth but haven’t had the time yet. Oh, and I just wanted to jump into the picture with the pastries!!
I love Florence and was disappointed we had to cancel a planned trip this last fall because my hubby changed jobs – hope to re-plan it soon! I had the best dirty martini in my life in Florence, odd thing but true!
Thanks to put these lovely photos on line! Great pictures of my city! I think your web site is fascinating and I’ll be glad to have a look at it from now on.
