Without a doubt, the Autumn season is my absolute favorite time of year. The temperatures are usually perfect, the colors and light are golden and the holiday season begins in earnest. It’s a joyful season full of anticipation and warmth and my only complaint is that it doesn’t last long enough. Since we’re finally experiencing a true autumn here in the Mid-Atlantic, I thought I’d share some other great places around the US and world where it’s also nice to enjoy a fall getaway.
