ETW #4 Will Travel For Food | Interview with Rachelle Lucas

Chiang Mai Thailand

Food is one of the most important aspects of any trip whether you love comfort food or fine-dining. Listen as food and travel blogger Rachelle Lucas shares her tips on where to go for that great bite and how to better incorporate food into your next adventure.

In this episode we’re talking about food, which I think is the most important part of the travel experience. Food is the fastest way to learn about any new place you visit. It’s through local food preferences and diets that we gain an insight into culture and history and it doesn’t hurt that it’s a lot of fun too. It can be a challenge though to know how to get to the heart of local foods, what is and isn’t an “authentic” experience and what actually tastes good.
