  1. Thanks for including me Matt. I know many people don’t think sports and travel go together but I hope I can change people’s perception on that. When I go to sporting events, it really is about connecting with the people and culture that is so unique to sports. Only about 20% of my time at sporting events is spent at the sporting event itself. It really is about exploring the cities and towns where these take place. Without a doubt, meeting and connecting with the people are the highlight of every sporting event I’ve attended.

So glad that I finally made it into the LandLopers picks of the week. It’s been a dream of mine that’s finally achieved! :)

    1. Good on ‘ya Jeremy!

Read a few posts on your website, your sports mad! ha!

I’m still yet to see an American footie game, next time in the USA for shizz!

Again, well done on making a cut, will be subscribing to your RSS.

      Take it easy,

      1. Thanks Paul. I am a huge sports fan. However, travel is a HUGE part of that. I am a BIG European football fan and pretty knowledgeable for an American so I am a worldwide kind of sports guy :)

  2. Matt, thank you so much, for choosing my post!! And aye – Edinburgh at NY should truly be on *everyone’s* list. It blew me away.

Great list of posts, so honored to be picked with them.
