1. Technosyncratic Travel

Yes this post is a great introduction to a beautiful part of Budapest, but it’s really all about the photography. Stirring shots in this post show why Budapest should be at the top of everyone’s travel short list, I know it’s on mine.

2. Runaway Juno

I love reading about travelers’ first impressions of countries. They’re honest, interesting and usually pretty funny. One of the best bloggers in this genre is Juno, as this post continues to prove. We all travel with a different pair of glasses, and Juno’s are  great fun to look through.

3. Jack and Jill Travel the World

Having spent some time in Marrakech, I can completely relate and commiserate with this great post on the befuddling world of the souks. The post does a great job portraying the organized (or not) chaos of these markets, with some great photos to match.

4. The Planet D

This week Dave and Deb, the couple behind The Planet D, featured an inspiring guest post that I wanted to share with everyone. I think most of us struggle with big life decisions and trying to figure out what’s best for us and our families. This great piece addresses those concerns and more, and is just a great read.

  1. Hey Matt, thanks for featuring me here! Having problems with the great firewall of China at the moment, so your article just made my day! :)
I also wonder about how the view will change in time. I will keep updated about that! Have a great week!

  2. Thanks for including us Matt. We’ve really been enjoying this guest series that we have happening every Wed. It has been inspiring for us to read other people’s stories about how they have changed their lives through travel.
