But it’s so well done and features an important annual celebration that was observed a few days ago, I just had to share it. I was in Mexico last week during the Virgin of Guadalupe festival and the post helped me understand what was going on.

I love this post, mostly because I completely agree with it. The recent disparaging remarks about tourists have been insulting as someone who definitely considers himself a proud tourist. In fact, everyone is a tourist and it’s silly to start a semantics debate, as this post describes.
