Even though we didn’t have a lot of time in Italy, I knew that we had to see the legendary Amalfi Coast. Once the home of one of the richest cities in the world, today it is still the playground of the rich and famous. The reason for the constant influx of money into the cliff side towns of the Amalfi Coast? Well, its incomparable, jaw droppingly gorgeous coastline is probably the reason. I’m not sure if I’ve been in a region anywhere that is so constantly beautiful. Exploring the small towns that comprise the Amalfi Coast could take weeks, but even a brief visit is a treat for all the senses.
