Bits and Atoms: Talking about the Maker Revolution with Wired Editor-In-Chief Chris Anderson

Last week I attended the latest event in the cutting edge WIRED + Marriott Culturazzi series that has been taking place around the country. The goal of the series is to inspire, inform and entertain the next generation of travelers and inspiration was the theme of the evening in San Francisco last week. The outgoing Editor-In-Chief of WIRED magazine led a discussion about the Maker Revolution and his book, Makers: The New Industrial Revolution. It’s a fascinating look at modern society and how manufacturing is fundamentally changing for the better. Chris and I sat down for a few minutes to talk about this revolution as well as social media and travel.

Please note: This post is the latest in a collaborative partnership with Marriott Hotels and Resorts. I was compensated for my time but as always, all thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.
