Travel can be transformative, it can be educational, it can be powerful. It can also just be reduced to some jokes and maybe a little slapstick. I was in Colorado recently for a conference and had the great opportunity to participate in an all day road rally that allowed my team and I to learn more about Denver and Colorado history. What I didn’t know was that my teammates were as sarcastic as I am and at the urging of Mr. Spud Hilton, Travel Editor for the San Francisco Chronicle, we assembled this video history of mining in Colorado.
