1. Otts World
I won’t lie, whenever I’m in Germany or Austria schnitzel is the first meal I enjoy – always. That’s why this post in particular jumped out at me as I was perusing Otts World. More than just a post about the glory that is the schnitzel, it’s an eloquent piece that shares a unique moment in time; a favorite meal.
Typical of Abi to create a post that is not only visually stunning, but an example of quality writing few mortals can duplicate. Read this post and you too will be transported to the Grenadines and what you find there may surprise you.

Even if you haven’t been to Copenhagen, you probably have heard of its famous bike culture. In fact, the city is the bike capital of the world and I love Michael’s first-hand look (and video) at what it’s like to get around town just like a local.
