Earth Day is right around the corner and to celebrate, the #FriFotos theme on Twitter this week is – Earth Day! (creative, I know) This can mean a lot of different things to many people, but for me it’s simple. It’s a reminder to us all that we are the custodians of our planet and without good stewardship, the sights like the ones featured below may not be as pristine for our children as they are for us.

Four Seasons Koele, Lanai

Turtle Bay, Isla Santa Cruz, Galapagos

Alberta, Canada

Infant turtle release, Dreams Puerto Vallarta Mexico

Uluru, Northern Territory Australia

Franz Josef Glacier, New Zealand

St Kitts

Capilano Suspension Bridge

Wadi Rum, Jordan

Humpback whale, Iceland

Awesome photos! Thank you.
Also enjoyed the new cliff walk at Capilano last year. The place has really changed over the years.

Absolutely gorgeous photos, Matt. I happened to see a whale from the shore a couple of weeks ago when I was staying on the California coast. It was so exciting! I can’t imagine seeing one so close like you did in Iceland.
