Yesterday I shared some of the highlights from my few days spent in St. Kitts at the invitation of the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. Today I want to give a sneak peek of my time spent exploring San Juan, which was at the equally kind invitation of the San Juan Marriott Resort. I had never been to Puerto Rico before and was very pleasantly surprised at the perfect combination of outdoor adventures, stunning beaches and unique history. The resort was spectacular and I can’t wait to share my experiences with everyone. In the meantime, please enjoy these photos of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

I think PR is highly underrated!

I agree. It flies under the radar most of the time and undeservedly so. But it is a great way to experience the Caribbean, and an interesting thing is, you are still in the US! Great photos;)

I went to Puerto Rico a few weeks ago & was totally impressed by its beauty & everything this tiny island has to offer. The food is superb but there is so much to see & do that you need to stay for several days to get the most out of it. The night-life there is also the best of the Caribbean. What Puerto Rico needs to do to open up the floodgates of tourism is to advertise more aggressively. But definitely, a visit to Puerto Rico is a must!

I was surprised too. It’s so easy to get to from the mainland, no passport needed, you’d think it’d be on the top of everyone’s travel lists!
