I love Mexico’s Riviera Maya. It’s the perfect spot for so many different types of travelers that it’s hard to go wrong. Having read so much about the area, I was surprised when I read Carol’s completely different point of view on the experience. The amazing photos don’t hurt either.

2. The Lazy Travelers

Ok, I have a new travel blog I really enjoy. I’ve only just begun exploring The Lazy Travelers, but I love it. I can completely relate with their travel experiences and think that this post in particular highlights a really important travel rule. I don’t have a lot of time to read other travel blogs, but I never miss new posts on Jodi’s excellent site. A post this week continues that trend of original and truly engaging content and raises some important travel questions. Go, read, enjoy.

I know, it’s strange, but what can you do? So when I heard that several travel bloggers I know and respect were spending ten days exploring the great country of Israel, I got very nervous. I need not have worried though, initial reports are all positive and more importantly, they “got” it, as this post clearly shows.
